Watches of Switzerland | Hotel Wentworth

Located in one of the newly created ground floor tenancies of the Hotel Wentworth at Raine Square, this project is a contemporary fit-out of meticulous design for a leading watch retailer. What remains of original building fabric has been retained and simply entombed with new finishes of exceptional quality. Key features include brushed bronze portals, natural stone floor tiles, French parquet floors and furniture of the highest standard. Of special note is the silver leaf ceiling and feature lighting. Alterations to the street facade were kept to a minimum with only minor adjustments made to door and window openings and some new signage.

Dar Studio were initially appointed to assist with gaining Development Approval and negotiating the proposal with both the City of Perth and the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage. Our role later involved acting as a traditional Clerk of Works in managing the quality and progress of the works on site and overseeing installation of all the various brands.
