Dar Studio have been grateful of the opportunity to work with Charter Hall to assist in securing development approvals for a number of tenants in the newly developed retail, dining and entertainment precinct of Raine Square, Perth. Our heritage consultancy role has been critical in providing local expertise to assist some of the world’s leading retail brands.

Located on the site of the former Bohemia Hotel on Murray Street, Dar Studio worked with Tiffany & Co. to integrate their new designer store into what remains of this old building. Although not visible the store layout is based on the structure of some of the building’s oldest rooms that still exist behind an attractive new fit out.

A contemporary fit-out has been created that imposes its own unique identity on the place whilst still remaining sympathetic and working with the internal layout of the heritage building. It also utilises the original vertical circulation node, first floor level, and incorporates the original dining room space as a specially defined sales area.
